Buzzwole, also known as UB-02 Absorption / Expansion, made its debut in Pokémon Sun and Moon for the Nintendo 3DS in 2016. It is an Ultra Beast that was designed by James Turner.

This Ultra Beast appeared from another world. It shows off its body, but whether that display is a boast or a threat remains unclear. Witnesses saw it pulverize a dump truck with a single punch. Although it’s alien to this world and a danger here, it’s apparently a common organism in the world where it normally lives. Buzzwole goes around showing off its abnormally swollen muscles.
